Regarding Contabo… they have great value VPSs but when I try to buy, ALL of them, have a 100mbsp limit… so the 400, 1000 mbps is only valid for the first 9 days of decent traffic…. please check it for yourself and tell me what i'm missing… I don't think the comparison is fair for the others, who actually try to offer the advertised bandwidth limits.

Hetzner over Contabo any day 300% for sure. We've been using both and Hetzner outperforms Contabo hard.
The advertised specs from Contabo are not available when buying.
The bandwidth is very limited on the small plans compared to Hetzner, and bandwidth is a huge performance factor when it comes to fast websites (TTFB etc…)
A CPX51 from Hetzner (uses latest gen EPYC cpu) crushes the 60GB RAM/10 core machine from Contabo.
Contabo has a very poor user interface for managing your servers. It's stuck in 1990, not responsive and looks so ugly and non-intuitive.
And lastly, Contabo perhaps puts lots of resources for cheap price but they are the least innovative.
They don't offer floating IP's, no block storage/object storage, no private networking, no packages for modern DevOps and automating your infrastructure.
If you are considering using Contabo for eg Docker, Kubernetes, etc…don't even touch them. They are so out of date.

i dont know about the others, but contabo has alot of trottle in the internet speed and i had alot of weird domain blocking and ports, packet loss and so on, they are a mess in the network department if you ask me. I asked them if they blocked anything they said no, but when i changed the DNS the domains started reaching me and the ports working. the packet loss and trottle its the same crap, the network is heavily shared and i think thats the reason for the packet loss and other issues.
Now I can see Contabo has increased its pricing to almost 30% to 40%
I love It. My Company has 10 servers of Contabo.

You should also do a performance comparison. I can't imagine Contabo is selling at those prices without an insane contention ratio on the CPU cores or, they are buying old (10 years +) servers that other data centres are throwing away (checkout ebay). I might be wrong, but you know what they say, "when it seems to good be true"
