  • Hi Shawnta, what are your thoughts about doing henna treatments for coloring gray hair? The last one I did made it a reddish brown. It was body art quality henna. I heard it’s supposed to be healthier.

  • Love love your sweater! ❤️❤️❤️😘

  • I believe that my switching from mostly co-washing my hair and only washing a.k.a shampooing my hair once every 2 or 3 months has helped my scalp and hair to a certain extent. Now that I wash it more I see no dandruff. But because I have degenerative discs and a disc out of place in my back I've had 3 steriod epidurals in my back. Only after getting those done (which by the way did nothing for the pain) I began to see breakage in my hair. After the first two my hair would fall out in clumps. And I'd wake up with swollen eyes for up to 3 weeks afterwards. My hair was just below bra strap length. It's still way below my shoulders. But I've wondered if I should just cut it really short (I'm talking like short like Diddy or Pharrell's hair) and just start over with the growing process again? It's extremely frustrating. My hair was the longest it's been in my adult life. Whatever I decide I'm going to choose wisely. But just like the food that you eat and vitamins that you take affects your hair. The medication that you take including any injections also affects your hair health. But thank you for this video. You have such a positive influence and provide such useful information. I want you to know that you are appreciated. 🙂❤

My hair grows fast in the top and sides but slow in the very back of my head especially near the nape of my neck. Any idea why? I sleep on a satin pillow case and deep condition every week.

Should you oil your scalp daily? I have maybe 3C low porosity hair.

  • My child is 3 and between postpartum and breastfeeding my hair is bra length and the bottom half is so thin and damaged I’m so tempted to cut it myself but I’ll wait till I feel safe to go to the salon

  • So happy I received the Honeysuckle Shampoo and Growth Oil today. Btw love the shirt.

  • How can I grow my hair down my back? It’s bra strap length now. It just needs an extra boost 😂

  • Your hair is BEAUTIFUL 😍😍😍😍😍

    Reasons
    1. Hair breakage
    2. Poor scalp maintenance
    3. Color/bleach
    4. Receiving a bad hair treatment
    5. Bad diets

Bonus reason: I truly believe genetics plays a big role as well, you could be doing all the right things and still not seeing the results that you want.

  • I love your shirt! The message is so true.

  • Ann.Tiffny says:

I lack in doing all of those steps 😩. I also have lupus and tend to get psoriasis in my scalp so I know that also plays a part in my stunt growth. I’m going to get better because I’ll take whatever hair growth I can get lol…and yes your shirt is cute and looks comfortable ☺️💜

  • You guys should use abunu leaves it's really good

I have recently been starting to notice my hair growth increasing slowing down I’m 18. My hair isn’t curly and I think my hair loses its moisture. One thing I do know is the build up on my scalp and when I shampoo my hair it does not take it off sufficiently. Then I apply a thick conditioner. The products that I use are wow. I have seen in one of your video that apple cider vinegar helps out cleansing the scalp? I was wondering how many times do you have shampoo your hair or cleansing. Which is better for the hair cleansing or shampooing. Should you prepare your hair before cleansing or shampoo. What is the best type of to keep moisture for people that don’t have curly hair. Thank you Shawntas Way love your videos.

How do I know what products is right for my hair?

  • Hair breakage is not retaining length, its different from slow hair growth. I come from tropical country & my hair growth is slower now that i am in Europe. But i do retain length.
