Can you please make a video on this concept recently i learned java, But in javascript it is difficult for me to understand that suppose we have let a = "Brad".length; then console .log(a) result will be 4 ; so, how we are accessing the dot length thing or maybe like let a = "Brad".toUpperCase(); how this function we are calling because " Brad " it is not a reference variable because in java we use the reference variable them put dot to call any thing inside the object of that class in javascript where is this coming from ???? Can you please tell us how to manage multiple client's projects?
I build websites to local businesses. Some clients need only landing pages, some need advanved features like user portal, payment integration etc.
For advanced features I usually ask my clients to purchase a VPS and then I install database and other softwares as needed.
This is fine as long as the client takes care of the server costs, domain, proxies etc.
But some clients or businesses are very small that they just need a landing page and some interaction with their customers like feedback, reviews etc. They cannot afford to pay for the monthly VPS costs, database etc.
What do you suggest in this case? Like use a common database for all such clients and charge small fee annually or something else.

Be prepared to set aside 30% taxes here in the US. Fill out 1040 with schedule C if you are a sole proprietor. Also, the client should send you a 1099-MISC. It is not hard to run a business. It is more challenging to get clients through networking and cold emailing. Then you have to deal with some oddballs sometimes who don't know what they want. Then sometimes there are great clients. There really is not one shoe that fits all with clients. Each one can be completely different with different expectations. Just be willing to work hard and put in the time.
