Come across out how Vultr’s Cloud Compute compares to the Substantial Frequency Compute VPS. By way of a series of hardward benchmarks (RAM, CPU, SSD) and page pace checks, my purpose in this video is to not only compare Cloud Compute vs Significant Frequency, but also dtermine if the further $1/thirty day period is worth it. Equally options give you 1 GB RAM and 1 CPU main, but does the faster components equate to speedier page velocity?

  • Hi, Tony.

Is it possible for you to make a video on fail2ban and modsecurity configuration and rules inclined and with respect to WordPress whenever you think you could?

I saw some tutorials like the one on "infosec-handbook.eu" but most of the them were for general purpose generating contradictions with WordPress.

It'd be great if you could educate us regarding this since you're one of the few who know about both WordPress and servers. On most of the channels people either talk about WordPress or Servers.

    Regards.

depends on the workload! if you're database query heavy high pref compuete will give you drastically better performance

  • The high frequency is better. because the ssd size is bigger so you are virtually not paying extra

  • Ruben says:

So this mean that Linode is still faster than its Vultr HF equivalent?

Hello tony I hope u are doing well, can I build a rental website using WordPress on the 13 usd/m high frequency plan (can I run the website without any problems or should i rent the 20usd/ m plan or higher in order to run the website ).
Another question if rent the 10$ HF VPS plan could I use it to run more than one website on the same server for example I run the rental website and an online store at the same time?
I need some advice before I mistakenly invest my money and thx for ur hard work so keep up 👌🏼

  • Thanks for the great info, One question please: i watched your tutorial "Vultr WordPress Cloud Hosting in 10 Minute Tutorial" which was for cloud compute plan, can i follow the same steps for high frequency plan? thank you so much!

I have been running VULTR vps instances for several years the $5 plan 1gb ram 25 gb ssd to run halo game servers, I recently decided to go with the $6 high frequency plan, 1 gb ram 32 gb ssd, for game servers it's definitely worth the extra $1 per month, it reduced the latency of my halo servers from apx 50 ping down to about 30 ping.
So it depends on the application as to weather it's worth it or not, in my case it's a $1 well spent.

  • I have 350 active user they will use my Android app to do some Operations. Total 1000+ users, how do i chose a server for it? So that it never go down.

Also i want it should be budget friendly because its kind of a startup

  • I have 1 woocommerce website with daily 300 visits (80% ind), 1 normal wordpress company website with low traffic and 1 personal blog wordpress site. i was using DO since a year on cloudways with 2Gb 22$ plan. But looking to google core web vital updates, i wish to go use fultr hf with 2GB 26$ plan. Do you recommend this mainly for my woocommere website where i mostly spend time without any staging environment.
