  • I really like the idea of adding/enabling Google Analytics, however I'm concerned at a legal level. From my research, as soon as I enable google Analytics then I need 'Extra Special' disclosures in my websites privacy policy because google is now getting the users personal data. From what I can tell if I enabled Analytics then I need to hire a professional attorney draw up custom privacy policy because of this. Is my understanding correct on this? Does google offer a 'generic' policy that users can simply reference when enabling the 'Google Analytics' option?
