Whenever I test the pop up through my mobile device, I noticed that if I accidentally click anywhere outside the pop up it automatically exits out. Is there any way to change this? I'd like visitors to click on the close button to exit out of the pop up.

my question is if we can email the leads/customers we get from these popup apps? I use poptin and it's great for popups but when I try to email my leads from there through my shopify newsletter, it won't allow me to use any emails I've received from pop up apps. hope that makes sense

When I go to my collection page I don't see it. What am I doing wrong?
