Do you feel only using founders first names on the about us page negatively affects trust factor, or not necessarily?

Hi Wes i watch all your videos and you are my only go to go for web tips and tricks. thank you. can i ask, i work with both english and spanish i have the two languages on my website, people just click on the flag and get to their language, translated and done by me, not google translate or simular. is that right or would you recomend two seperate websites, one for each language? would love your opinion on this.

HI Wes. I found you on YouTube a few days ago and already in love with your content. I actually made a google my business account and also created a google business site. My site was named as "tonic_media_productions.business.site". I renamed it as "tonicmediaprodcutions.business.site". Just removed the underscore. Now when i searched on google for my business i can find 2 business site results for both names. tonic_media.business.site link doesn't work though. But It appears above the working link on search results. Could you please tell me how can i delete that old link from google..?
