Please log in again<\/i>&#8220;:<\/b>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t<b>Corrupted cPanel interface\/menu icons are not displayed:&#13;<br \/>\n<\/b>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<\/p>\n<div>First of all, keep in mind that you have an opportunity to log in your Hosting account directly from the Namecheap Dashboard. Thus, you don\u2019t need to remember your cPanel login details, it\u2019s enough to remember only one set of login details &#8211; Namecheap account credentials.<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<\/p>\n<div>If you would like to log in through cPanel login page instead of Namecheap dashboard, but receive an error about invalid login details, recheck the cPanel credentials that were sent to you in <b>Your Hosting Account Details<\/b> email (make sure there are no extra spaces).<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t<br \/>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\n\t\t\t\t<img class=\"kb-image\" src=\"https:\/\/oxhosting.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/I-cant-access-cPanel-What-should-I-do-Hosting.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>If you still cannot log in through the cPanel login page, try resetting the password following this article. In case you cannot log in even with the new reset details, there might be a block on the server side.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<div>To resolve the issue, contact our Support and we will investigate the issue.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<b>Domain is not pointed to the hosting server<\/b>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t&#13;\n\t\t<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t&#13;<\/p>\n<div>If you cannot access your cPanel using domain-based URLs like <i>http:\/\/example.com\/cpanel<\/i> or <i>http:\/\/cpanel.example.com<\/i>, check if the domain is pointed to the hosting server properly (either using NS records or by A record).<br \/>\nGuidelines on how to change nameservers for shared plans for domains registered with Namecheap can be found here.\n<\/div>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\t<br \/>If your domain is registered with a third-party registrar, contact their support and ask to change the nameservers for your domain to the ones specified in your Your Hosting Account Details email.&#13;<\/p>\n<p>If your domain is using Domain Registrar\u2019s default nameservers and is pointed to the hosting server via IP address, make sure the IP is the correct one. You can check it in the our Hosting Account Details email or in <b>cPanel <\/b>&gt;&gt; <b>Server Information<\/b> menu:&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n<div><img class=\"kb-image\" src=\"https:\/\/oxhosting.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1621583092_576_I-cant-access-cPanel-What-should-I-do-Hosting.png\"\/><\/div>\n<p><img class=\"kb-image\" src=\"https:\/\/oxhosting.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1621583093_372_I-cant-access-cPanel-What-should-I-do-Hosting.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>In case you do not want to re-point the domain, you will not be able to use domain based URLs. In this case you can access cPanel via Namecheap Dashboard or use alternative links:&#13;<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>http:\/\/servername\/cpanel&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/servername:2083&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/servername:2082&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/cPanel_IP\/cpanel<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/cPanel_IP:2083&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/cPanel_IP:2082 &#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <i>servername <\/i>is the name of the server your hosting account is located on. The <i>cPanel_IP<\/i> is the IP address assigned to the cPanel.  They can be obtained either in the <b>Welcome email<\/b> in the section <b>Account Information<\/b> or in <b>cPanel <\/b>&gt;&gt; <b>Server information<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>DNS propagation<\/b><\/p>\n<p>When you change nameservers for a domain name, these changes are not accepted instantly all over the world. It may take up to 24 hours (in rare cases, more) for local ISPs to update their DNS caches so that everyone can see your website.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nSince the caching time varies between ISPs, it takes time for DNS changes to be totally in effect. Unfortunately, this process cannot be influenced or sped up because of its automated nature.&#13;<br \/>\n<br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nWhen switching between Namecheap BasicDNS\/PremiumDNS\/Web Hosting DNS nameservers, the DNS changes come into the effect within one hour (24+ hours in rare cases).&#13;<\/p>\n<div>The domain based URLs like <i>http:\/\/example.com\/cpanel<\/i> or <i>http:\/\/cpanel.example.com<\/i> will not work during the propagation. However, you can access cPanel via Namecheap Dashboard or use alternative servername links like <i>http:\/\/servername\/cpanel<\/i>. Servername can be found in <b>Your Hosting Account Details email<\/b>.<\/div>\n<p><b>Port Block<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If none of the following cPanel URLs open:&#13;<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>http:\/\/example.com\/cpanel&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/example.com:2083&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/example.com:2082&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/servername\/cpanel&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/servername:2083<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/servername:2082&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/cPanel_IP\/cpanel&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/cPanel_IP:2083&#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>http:\/\/cPanel_IP:2082 &#13;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nmost probably cPanel access ports are blocked on the side of your ISP, local computer, network, firewall or antivirus. In such cases you can use <i>http:\/\/cpanel.example.com<\/i> as it\u2019s using HTTP port 80, which is available for everyone in the Internet.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<div>Also, you can check if a specific port is blocked using Telnet command. More details about how to use it can be found here.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<p><b>IP Block<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you tried all of the URLs and still receive the <i>Server connection timed out<\/i> error, most likely, your external IP address was blocked by our firewall. &#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nMore details about different IP blocks can be found in this article.    &#13;<br \/>\n<br \/>To resolve the issue, contact our Support and we will unlock your IP. You can check your external IP address here.    &#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<\/p>\n<p>You can receive this error when your ISP provided you with a dynamic IP. <br \/>To resolve the issue you can try to:&#13;<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>use cPanel proxy link<\/li>\n<li>use <i>http:\/\/cpanel.domain.tld<\/i> link<\/li>\n<li>use a VPN connection<\/li>\n<li>ask the current ISP to provide you with a static IP&#13;\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <b>cPanel proxy links<\/b> on Shared Hosting servers look like in the following way:<\/p>\n<div>For Shared Hosting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>https:\/\/cpanel-XXX.web-hosting.com<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>https:\/\/webmail-XXX.web-hosting.com<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For Reseller Hosting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>https:\/\/cpanel-XXX.registrar-servers.com<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>https:\/\/whm-XXX.registrar-servers.com<\/i><\/li>\n<li><i>https:\/\/webmail-XXX.registrar-servers.com<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>On <b>VPS <\/b>or <b>a Dedicated server<\/b> it\u2019s possible to work with cookie IP validation option in WHM:&#13;\n<\/p>\n<p>1. Log in to <b>WHM <\/b>and navigate to <b>Home <\/b>&gt;&gt; <b>Server Configuration &gt;<\/b>&gt; <b>Tweak Settings<\/b> menu:&#13;<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"kb-image\" src=\"https:\/\/oxhosting.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1621583093_427_I-cant-access-cPanel-What-should-I-do-Hosting.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>2. Find <b>Cookie IP validation<\/b> field in the <b>Security <\/b>section.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nSelect <b>loose<\/b> option:&#13;\n<\/p>\n<div><img class=\"kb-image\" src=\"https:\/\/oxhosting.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1621583093_170_I-cant-access-cPanel-What-should-I-do-Hosting.png\"\/><\/div>\n<p><img class=\"kb-image\" src=\"https:\/\/oxhosting.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1621583093_393_I-cant-access-cPanel-What-should-I-do-Hosting.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Click <b>Save <\/b>at the bottom of the page. You can find more details in cPanel documentation. <\/p>\n<p><b>cPanel and CloudFlare<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In some cases, enabling CloudFlare for the domain, may cause cPanel to not load correctly. Usually, there are no images in the main cPanel page and you get logged out when you try to access any menu: &#13;<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"kb-image\" src=\"https:\/\/oxhosting.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1621583093_209_I-cant-access-cPanel-What-should-I-do-Hosting.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>You may also experience issues if <i>http:\/\/cpanel.domain.com<\/i> record is proxied through CloudFlare:&#13;\n<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"kb-image\" src=\"https:\/\/oxhosting.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/1621583093_898_I-cant-access-cPanel-What-should-I-do-Hosting.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>This issue is caused by cPanel in-built option <b>Cookie IP Validation<\/b>. It checks that the IP address that the visitor originally came from matches their IP address on subsequent requests. When you use CloudFlare, the IP address  for requests to your server can variably come from any Cloudflare servers\u2019 IP address, which can trigger the error.&#13;\n<\/p>\n<p>In order to resolve the issue try the following steps:&#13;<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use cPanel URL <i>http:\/\/cpanel.domain.com<\/i> , when it\u2019s not proxied through Cloudflare (not orange clouded).
