Although purchasing an affiliate site isn't as bad as purchasing an Amazon store, there is no way on this earth that I would pay 3 or 4 years of gross sales. Too many things can happen between the time of purchase and 3 or 4 years out. People who sell affiliate sites love to talk about 35X multipliers but how many get burned thinking that's an acceptable selling price? What percentage of website buyers end up getting burned via a scam, trend dropoffs, site penalization via google algo update, suppliers change in policy, etc.. come on now.
