  • Privacy is an illusion which opens the doors to lies and false promises.
. you might as well go into a Casino and expect to never come back out or be blinded like a Moth who only see's the light but not the flames of the Candle.
. . the only smart move in this game of rigged-chess is "not to play."
. . . today you are temped with The Newest, The Biggest, The Best and yet you do not see that There Is A Price To Pay – what kind of stupid are you?

I switched to Linux because it was different and exciting with alot of GUI interfaces I loved so much I was using mimicked versions on Windows when I thought I could not use Linux for all my music and graphics apps.. But when Windows 10 came out, that was when it was time to take the risk and take the plunge to switch over. Thanks to eznix videos I found out modern Linux(post 2002) IS better than WINDOWS including hardware drivers!! I use Linux to test new hardware and to fix customer's computers. Linux Mint was instrumental in that last part! So for privacy? I always thought Linux was more secure and private than Windows anyways so that did not give me reason to ponder.. But then one fine day my ISP was contacting me about free movies and shows sites I was enjoying, IN LINUX! So TOR and TAILS?? Privacy in LINUX is only as good as how you isolate yourself from the internet, just as it would be pertinent in Windows. Now for viruses and malware? LINUX is the way to go. But for actual privacy, if you are connected to the net with google and firefox browsers and logged into facebook and other sites, it is iffy. Real world situation in my MX LINUX daily driver, is the powers that be can snoop and find out where you go and what you download, which opened my eyes that LINUX does not shield me from my ISP finding out what I do ONLINE in LINUX, UNIX, WINDOWS or MAC OS. OFFLINE, I can use ANYTHING. So privacy in LINUX is great for certain things like local admin of your PC and files locally. Anything online is pretty much like Windows.. I even get ads and pop pops online unless I use plug ins and then the plugins get phased out or the DMCA takes down youtube-dl and here we are..

In Windows 10 if you click the Windows key to search for programs or documents, everything you type is sent to Microsoft. Web site suggestions pop up with programs and files that match your search. There is no switch in the settings to turn off this feature in Windows 10.

  • There is a New ROM-LOCK for SSD's which will allow you to install programs, set them up and get them running .. it then turns into a Read-Only-SSD.
. ROM-controlled-Processing is not new. The first home-computers, Video-Cyphers and about 99.94% of all Privacy Interfaces use this design and always have.
. . and, today – with no need for CD DVD Blu-Ray Back-up storage needed computers – the day's of Virus & Malware Program's are DEAD.
Admittedly, at $13.00 U.S. for this interface per HD Add-On, they are not cheap however; if Privacy IS THE ISSUE then .. why are you not using THIS?

  • School Editions .. new .. PrimTux .. not sure but currently downloading … – I knew Debian had one and I sent-out a call for anyone to respond. –
. someone asked about School Editions and I drew a blank .. they have responded with two versions for Educational Version.
    . . now available on Distro-Watch ^___^ – let no question go unanswered 🙂
