Hello, I have a question, it`s probably a basic one, but I cannot find an aswer. How does a person on instagram search for a specific product? When I go to the Shop tab on Instagram, I search shops. But how do I search according to a name of a specific product? I suppose this is possible also, but I have not been shopping on Instagram myself so far and I cannot find that option. Actually there was already the instagram shop in my business account and all was ok.. then again I deleted all the catalogs just to learn how the things work..so after deletion of catalogs ..again I made a new catalog on fb shop with two to three items but here in sales channel I cant see the Instagram there just only facebook and also the Instagram shop is not there in my account.
